When Ryan Neupaver, founder of Lintel Financial (a Pittsburgh based comprehensive financial services firm), approached us about doing a video for his company, he was looking for a video to host on his website and on social media. Ryan knew that having a video explaining who he is and what his company does would help attract potential customers in a way that plain text and design simply can’t. What Ryan wasn’t looking for was a pricey, drawn out process to have his video produced.
Enter our Small Business Essentials video package. For Ryan and Lintel, there were no surprises on pricing. The entire video production’s pricing was laid out on our website. Lintel even took advantage of our Summer Sale, which guaranteed a 1-2 minute video that introduced Lintel and showed why they’re unique and different at a price that easily fit within Lintel’s marketing budget.
Pre-production was a simple process. We gave Ryan our standard questionnaire which helped us get to know Lintel a little better. Ryan’s answers helped us put together a script for the video which then went through a quick approval process. Once the script was approved and in place, we scheduled a day to film.
Filming took a total of one day. We set up a green-screen for this shoot and used a 2-camera set up and our standard audio package was perfect for this particular recording. We coached Ryan through the teleprompted script and with that, we had everything we needed to work with in post-production.
This project was a great example of how we can tell a story with video production while not having much supporting imagery. Most of the work Lintel performs doesn’t lend itself to capturing on video, so instead, Ryan simply supplied us with the art elements from Lintel’s website. We could incorporate them into a graphic treatment which complemented his soundbites and kept the video moving and visually interesting.
Our initial round of post-production took about 1.5 days, followed by 2 quick rounds of revisions from Ryan and Lintel. Once everyone was happy with Ryan’s performance, messaging, imagery and overall look, we delivered a file for Lintel to host wherever needed. From step one through delivery, it really was that simple.
